I don't like to leave bad reviews but sadly we did not have a good experience with them. To start, the crew arrived 2 hours late... they were very communicative about it but it really set us back in our plans for the day. When they arrived, they had help from another moving company so they were about 8 man taking everything out of the house and loading the truck. All were friendly and worked fast. (2 h total to complete with travel time) When we arrived to our new home the original crew (3 man) unloaded the truck and placed everything in the house. It took them about 4h to finish the work for a 1 story house and not many pieces of furniture. (there were several down times were we found them chatting with each other) The aftermath: -Our front doors and frames (in 2 houses) were damaged in a way that we had to find a person to fixed them. -Our fridge has a dent in a door. -They did not correctly assembled our 2 beds and now we are found pieces under them. -They lost the screws for one of our couches. We had to go and purchase some and put it together ourselves. -They damaged several pieces of furniture (chips, scratches and dents) In all, they were cordial but not responsive with their work.

Moving is always stressful and a pain. AD and his team were on time, the work was excellent. They made moving a great experience. Nothing was damaged and they were very friendly and they also went the extra mile on things. I would recommend them to anyone any day of the week. Out of all the calls I made to other places they were the cheapest as well. You would be foolish not to use them.

I contacted Mr.Davis and asked for a quote. He gave me a reasonable price among four companies. After the first confirmation, I received an email including the price of both agreement and job descriptions. Before the date of moving, they sent me an email notification to remind me. On the moving day, even though I packed most of my stuffs, they will carefully wrapped fragile furnitures, tables, tv stands and glass. Loading was done fast and smoothly in 2 hours. I had a long distance moving from Katy, TX to Round Rock, TX. They arrived safely and completed the offloading work in another 2 hours. It was a pleasant experience with Better Deal Movers. I’m super satisfied to have a business with them and highly recommend this company.

They just did our move this morning, the price was reasonable, they moved me from 2nd floor to 4th floor no complaints and moved EXTREMELY fast. They came 5 mins early and asked what all I needed.complete assembled my beds unmounted TVs and couches. I called these guys at the last minute, just a day in advance and they were willing to move my entire home to my new home without a problem! Smiles and laughter the entire time. I have some IKEA furniture which is easy to break due to the lack of quality...and they handled it with care so it would move without issues. Had a few odd shaped, heavy pieces that they also handled without any issues! If you are looking for honest, dependable, family guys to help you with your move, call these guys. Also, after I moved, I gave their number to a friend who used them, again, not a whole lot of notice...and different circumstances. They accommodated her moving needs, which was way more than mine!! We had a less than ideal move due to us having 36 hours to pack a 3200 sq ft house. The team showed up at 10:00 that morning and did not stop moving until 2:30am. Not proud to say it but we hold the record for the longest move day with them. However through all the mess and miscellaneous items the team never complained one time. They were friendly, helpful, professional and energetic the whole 15+ hours. Definitely the best money I spent on the move and would choose them again any day. I am shocked to see any negative reviews for this company, because I was thoroughly impressed with them and the service they recently provided for my son. They were very professional, and extremely efficient. They handled all of his items with complete care, wrapping furniture along the way to be sure there was no damage done during the moving process. They were very easy to work with, kind and respectful. I particularly appreciated that they did not try to bleed the clock and stick my son with a high bill, which has been my experience with other moving companies in the past. The Better Deal Movers were remarkable. I had a 10 x 12 storage unit that was almost completely filled. They showed up with three men and finished the entire move in less than two hours! I have an antique mirror that belonged to my mother. They knew that it was precious to me and took special care with it. It showed up at my new home completely unscathed. I was very impressed with these gentlemen and would hire them again in a minute.
